General Guidelines
We welcome well-behaved, non-aggressive dogs and cats that are accustomed to travel and under the supervision of their owners. Breed or size restrictions do not apply. However, the hotel reserves the right to request the removal of any pet displaying aggressive behaviour, excessive noise, or non-compliance with hotel policies.
Terms & Conditions
Pet Limit: Only one pet (dog or cat) is permitted per room.
Supervision: Pets must not be left unattended in guest rooms at any time. When leaving the room with your pet, kindly place the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door.
Noise Control: Please ensure your pet does not bark excessively or cause other disturbances that may disrupt other guests.
Dining Areas: Pets are not permitted in indoor dining venues, in consideration of fellow guests.
Relief Areas: Pets must relieve themselves only in designated outdoor areas. Hotel gardens and courtyards are not to be used for pet waste.
Clean-Up: Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up all waste.
Furniture and Linens: Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. Any accidents inside the room must be promptly cleaned using the hotel-provided supplies.
Housekeeping: To ensure the safety and comfort of our staff, housekeeping services must be scheduled when the pet is not in the room.
Damages: Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage caused by their pet. Charges for cleaning, repairs, or replacements will apply as needed.
Policy Compliance: Repeated violations or serious infractions may result in the termination of the reservation without refund.
